Deep Bed for Superior Filtration

W & WD filters are designed with filter depths of 600mm and 1000mm respectively, providing enhanced in depth filtration and increased dirt retention capacity. When dirt is driven through the filter bed, Glass Pearls with its spherical media size between 0.6mm – 0.8mm, traps particles in extremely narrow geometrical spaces, capable of filtering down to 3microns.

Safe and Save

Glass Pearls are manufactured from 100% pure glass and are chemically inert. Its spherical size with no sharp edges, making them really safe to use. The superior purity greatly reduces its initial and long term operational backwash duration which enables easy filter start up, as well time and water savings.
